The lobby was closed for construction so you had to check in through a little window. When I booked my room one of the reasons I chose this place is because it said it had a free breakfast. There wasn't any breakfast at all because the lobby was closed. When I asked for a late check out I was told that would cost me for that. I suggested they do it for free since I didn't get any breakfast and they just looked at me and said you have to pay for a late check out. I was checking out on a SUNDAY, you know when most people do, when the hotel is probably the slowest. I could understand a Friday or Saturday but not Sunday. I have never been refused a late check out and have never paid for one. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud i probably woke up everyone in the rooms around me. On Friday night there was a group of younger kids making a lot of noise by the pool (right outside my door) once at 2:20 am and then again after 3:00 am. I, not your employees had to go out there and tell them to quiet down. All in all one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had and I travel quite a bit.
